Refund Policy

Application Fee

The consultation application fee of ₹5,000 is strictly non-refundable. This fee covers the time required to review your application, assess fit, and schedule availability. Payment does not guarantee acceptance.

Retreats and Programmes

For SoULO, The Gathering, and The Transmission, cancellation terms are provided at the time of booking confirmation. Generally: cancellations more than 60 days prior — 50% refund. Cancellations within 60 days — no refund. Rescheduling may be possible at our discretion.

Spandan Membership

Spandan is a monthly subscription. You may cancel at any time and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for the current period.

Cancellation by Dr. Maruti Sharma

In the rare event that Dr. Maruti Sharma cancels a session or programme, a full refund will be issued for the cancelled portion, or an alternative date will be offered.
