2. Services

Dr. Maruti Sharma provides clinical psychology services, consultation, retreats, and educational content. All services are subject to availability and are provided by application only. Acceptance of an application is at Dr. Maruti Sharma's sole discretion.

3. Application Fee

The consultation application fee of ₹5,000 is non-refundable. Payment of the application fee does not guarantee acceptance. It covers the time involved in reviewing your application and scheduling.

4. Confidentiality

All clinical sessions are confidential. Information shared in sessions will not be disclosed without your consent, except where required by law or where there is a risk of harm.

5. Intellectual Property

The MTP™ Method, all content on this website, and all course materials are the intellectual property of Dr. Maruti Sharma. Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

Dr. Maruti Sharma's services are intended to support personal growth and psychological wellbeing. They are not a substitute for emergency medical care. In cases of psychiatric emergency, please contact emergency services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for services in the preceding 30 days.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jammu, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
